Chad A. Collier
Chad provides over 20 years of professional civil engineering experience with an emphasis on public infrastructure projects. He currently serves as the engineering advisor to The Williamson County Highway Commission. Where his role is to advises them on projects requests throughout the county. He has also served as the city engineer for the City of Oak Hill from 2002-2010 by providing engineering assessments and opinions to the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Board of Commissioners, as well as serving as staff engineer and providing engineering support to the city as a whole. Mr. Collier has also been integral in the management of the Paving and Pavement Preservation Programs in Davidson County and frequently teaches as an instructor for the TN Technical Assistance Program an 8 hour class on paving best practices and pavement preservation.
Mr. Collier has been instrumental in the recent growth of Collier Engineering Co., Inc. and through his guidance and vision has added the services of Landscape Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Stormwater Management, Park Planning and Development, and most recently Traffic Engineering to the already strong list of services provided. He will always continue to strive to find better ways to serve his existing and future clients.
