Chad A. Collier
Chad has over 20 years of professional civil engineering experience with an emphasis on public infrastructure projects. He currently serves as the engineering advisor to the Williamson County Highway Commission, where his role is to advise them on projects throughout the county. He also served as the city engineer for the City of Oak Hill from 2002-2010, where he provided engineering assessments and opinions to the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Board of Commissioners. He also served as staff engineer and provided engineering support to the city. Mr. Collier has also been integral in the management of the Paving and Pavement Preservation Programs in Davidson County and frequently teaches as an instructor for the TN Technical Assistance Program, an 8 hour class on best paving practices and pavement preservation.
Mr. Collier has been instrumental in the recent growth of Collier Engineering Co., Inc. and has added the services of Landscape Architecture, Geotechnical Engineering, Stormwater Management, Park Planning and Development, and most recently Traffic Engineering to the already strong list of services provided. He will always strive to find better ways to serve his existing and future clients.
