Donald Collins, PE

As a Principal Engineer and Senior Project Manager, Mr. Collins provides project and team leadership on horizontal, vertical, and infrastructure design and construction projects. He has 37 years of progressive civil engineering experience as a consultant within the private sector. His design experience includes all phases of civil, transportation and water resources engineering. His project experience includes the design of state and local roadways, commercial site developments, service utilities including storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer and domestic water systems. His past clients have included governmental agencies at the international, federal state, and local levels, contractors, developers, and other design professionals.
