Collier inspectors utilize a web-based platform that allows us to manage capital improvement and infrastructure projects in real-time. This tool will enable us to manage our daily inspection reporting on each project effectively.  We track pay items, contractor’s personnel and equipment utilization, change orders, and payment applications using up-to-date information to ensure that our clients receive a quality product that is successfully completed on time and under budget.
