Jeff Stevens, PE

Jeff utilizes over 25 of professional engineering experience and over 15 years of working with county highway departments to his role leading our County Services Department. As a Senior Project Manager he oversees transportation and structural design projects for local governments. Jeff’s expertise is in bridge and roadway design, hydraulic analysis, flood studies, environmental permitting, and structural design analysis.
