Mill Ridge Regional Park - Antioch, TN
Master Plan and Phase One for a 600-acre property in Southeast Davidson County. The diverse demographics of the surrounding area create a distinctive opportunity to provide a park designed specifically as an inclusive space for all Nashvillians. The Mill Ridge Master Plan focused on creating an equitable public space that brings together the most diverse quadrant of Davidson County.
Phase I of this 15-acre park featuring a 52-foot curved enclosed slide, an interactive musical sidewalk installation, a basketball court, crab orchard stone features, a unique playground unlike any other in the Metro Park System, Outdoor fitness area, a gathering lawn, covered pavilions, a concrete walking loop, nature trails, accessible pathways and restrooms. Collier Engineering provided civil design and construction management expertise for this project. We hope the new Mill Ridge Park will serve our city’s residents for generations.
