Seven Oaks - Tennis and Pickleball Courts

At Seven Oaks Park, Collier Engineering managed enhancements to the park’s recreational facilities, focusing on improving tennis and pickleball amenities. The project involved resurfacing and treating the existing asphalt courts by cleaning, repairing cracks, installing geofabric, and adding a new asphalt overlay. A new color scheme, updated playing lines, and replacement nets and center straps were installed to modernize the playing surface. Additionally, the existing fencing and gates were entirely removed and replaced to meet current standards.

As part of the site’s transformation, three existing tennis courts were converted into two tennis courts and two pickleball courts to meet increasing community demand. Collier’s role included survey services, developing the written scope of work, and providing full construction management and inspection to ensure the project was completed to the highest standards.
