Sam Vance has 30 plus years of professional engineering experience. As Collier’s Geotechnical Manager he oversees the day to day operations of the group including daily interaction with materials testing services. He collaborates with owners and other project team members to develop reasonable foundation and site preparation recommendations appropriate for planned improvements and existing geology.
