Stephen Brown, PE

Steve Brown brings 20 plus years of engineering and construction experience to the Collier Engineering team. As the Manager of our Construction Engineering and Inspection group, he oversees our staff of Construction Managers and Field Inspectors that work on a wide variety of construction projects such as parks, storm water, sidewalks, and paving. As Construction Manager Steve verifies that projects are built according to plan, on schedule and within budget.
