Metro General Services has a growing number of Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) across the county for which they are responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and reporting annually. With the increasing demand for Metro staff, General Services approached Collier Engineering about taking over inspecting and filing annual reports for thirty of their SCMs. By working with General Services staff, Collier completed this work under an existing stormwater annual contract with Metro Government.
