Ted Rhodes Golf Course - Parking and Cart Path Repairs

Nashville, TN

Ted Rhodes Golf Course is a popular Metro Nashville golf facility serving golfers and park visitors along the Cumberland River. Metro Nashville Parks and Recreation selected Collier Engineering to provide engineering services for pavement repairs and improvements to the course’s asphalt cart paths and parking lot, enhancing pavement conditions, accessibility, and the overall user experience.

Collier’s services include evaluating and documenting existing pavement conditions, developing paving plans and contractor proposal documents, preparing cost estimates, and providing construction-phase engineering support. During construction, Collier will oversee scheduling, conduct field inspections, coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders, and maintain construction documentation to verify that improvements are completed in accordance with project specifications while minimizing disruptions to golf course operations.

Through project management, construction inspection, invoice reconciliation, final inspection, and payment certification, Collier is supporting Metro Parks throughout the project from planning through completion. The improvements will help extend the service life of the golf course infrastructure while providing safer, smoother, and more reliable surfaces for golfers and visitors.
