Tony Atiyeh

Tony Atiyeh is a Project Manager who oversees our asset management team. His team performs data collection and condition assessments to assist clients with effectively managing infrastructural assets such as pavements, utilities, bridges, signs, facilities, and park features. The data is used to help clients determine asset life-cycle for budgetary needs, create maintenance and rehabilitation plans, and provide ADA transition plans, and is often a requirement to be eligible for grant funding. In addition, the collected information easily integrates with most city maintenance software platforms for generating maintenance work orders.

Before he came to Collier Engineering in 2017, Tony served and is currently serving in the military, where he started in the logistics and property/asset management field before becoming a Drill Sergeant. Once in the workforce, he began as a laborer and advanced to a project management position. Tony also functions as one of our Construction Managers and performs Quality Assurance for our infrastructure and Parks projects. During his time at Collier, he has been responsible for training new employees, overseeing contract work, reviewing as-built drawings for accuracy, ensuring all work met contract guidelines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. His desire for knowledge led him to earn his MBA from Union University in 2022. Tony’s experience related to accountability, attention to detail, and financial prowess have made him an ideal leader for Collier.
